Cyrus, I've got it.

It wasn't template("ffc-
config/helloworld.htm") or template("ffc-
config/helloworld") -- both didn't work. Just edit one sentence in http://luci.freifunk-halle.net/Documentation/ModulesHowTo#Views :
"Now let's create a little template lucidir/view/myapp-mymodule/helloworld.htm with the content:" (lucidir/views > lucidir/view w/o s) ;-) So LuCI works property -- it's a tutorial bug)
