[luci] Porting LuCI to Voyage (Debian)

How big a task would it be to port LuCI to other platforms than OpenWRT?
Is it designed to be ported easy (without re-writing the whole
backend/framework)?

The one platform I have in mind is Voyage Linux, a embedded
Router/Gateway/AP Debian version for
Alix/Wrap, Soekris etc. boards.
