[luci] Clarification of XML Parsing error reported when using a cbi style template

Hi all -

This relates to a very early post that was done back in Feb/March - I am
trying to get the suggested solution working -  the subject was
'how to transform multi input to one uci cfgvalue'

In trying to following the instructions, I keep running into an error
generated when linking to the webpage (see below). Before going into detail
on how I approached reproducing the example that was provided in the post,
can someone provide a more clearer meaning for the type of error report I am
seeing - maybe I can then debug my own code without bothering anyone
further.
