[luci] About making chinese language package.

hi,All

   I'm from China and very interesting in your Luci project. I want to make
the Chinese language package for it, and have done some work as
following,but faild to succeed.
   1,created the language files in the "i18n/chinese/" directory.
   2,edited the file "kamikaze/feeds/luci/luci/Makefile" and added some
entries as the russian language package done.
   3,edited several files which named "cascade.css" , and added some
entries，such as ".lang_zh-cn #submenu_mini_system(....)".


   Can you let me kown what can i do now.
   Your early relpy will be greatly appreciated.
