Is there a reason why "bolds" are used as mouse overs instead of  
inverse colours? It gives a rather disconcerting feeling when the text  
moves when you mouse over and away. Ie normally it's black text on  
white background and when mouse over have white text on black  
background for the text mouse over.  I think that would give a more  
professional look if it went inverse rather than bolds.
