[luci] please help for building LUCI

Hi
I want to build and run LUCI on my system
I write "make runhttpd"
and I get this error:

build/hostenv.sh /home/omid/luci/host /usr/lib/lua /usr/lib/lua "/home/omid/luci/host/bin/uci-defaults --exclude luci-freifunk-*"
/bin/sh: build/hostenv.sh: Permission denied
make: *** [ucidefaults] Error 126


Please help me
