[luci] Clarification of XML Parsing error reported when using a cbi style template

Hi JoW -

thanks for that - I did fix it, no sooner had I sent the email, I reviewed
my code and discovered an incorrect path in the code  for a template I had
created - hence firefox got a broken page to render.
