[luci] formvaluetable() does nothing in my template

Hi.

The formvaluetable() function operates on dot-separated keys.
A "." character is appended to the given prefix internally before it's
matched against the received values.

Please try field names like "item.foo", "item.bar.baz" etc. and call
formvaluetable() with "item" as argument (no trailing separators).
