[luci] charset

I am using the mini module, but I have some trouble with some characters
from a charset. I convert chars above byte value 127 to an &#.2X value,
but on my uci:save("wireless) I should decode these values. Could
someone help me to find out where the save action takes places and how
to decode the &#.2X value (gsub?). Thanx
