[luci] howto disable menuitems

Hi,

I forget to mention that I used LuCI with the luci-admin-full package
installed.

If this is not so simple to do, can someone give me a hint how I can
create my own customiced luci-admin-xxxx package?

I dont know where to find the sources from the luci-admin-mini or
luci-admin-full (can't find them in the openwrt tree)...
