[luci] New translation (language)

Hello.
I have translated  LuCi (the essentials atleast) for the Norwegian language.
It's in Luci Translation Portal: 
http://i18n.luci.subsignal.org/i18n/no/luci/

The translation is for LuCi 0.9 trunk. (still has the core.po files, not 
the new format with base.po)  I have tested/used it from my local repo 
and it is ok, so I think it can be applied.


I would like to convert the translation to the new format (LuCi trunk), 
Is there a easy way to convert the old format to the new format and 
merge the core.po files to base.po and still keep the translated text?
