[luci] has anyone *actually* cross-compiled luci for ARM?

Hi.

It is not a single make. It assumes a working, complete cross compile
environment. You need curses.h (the module that requires it is not
used), the Lua headers which requires a cross compile Lua 5.1.

I compile LuCI successfully for mips, mipsel, armeb, x86 and ppc but
always within the OpenWrt environment which takes care of providing all
those cross compiled components.

If you build outside of the OpenWrt environment you have to provide all
those dependencies, the same applies to SDK when running on the host system.
