[luci] LuCI / OpenWRT Backfire 10.03 on WRT54GL problems

Hi!

I have problems using LuCI on my WRT54GL with OpenWRT Backfire 10.03.
I've done the basic configuration - even with LuCI if i remember correctly (has
been a few weeks); but now I want to add port forwarding via LuCI and change the
timezone. The problem is that no matter what settings I set - they don't get
written to the hardware.

What am I doing wrong?
