[luci] Launching "init" scripts and defining dependencies

I am hoping someone can give me a bit of guidance

I have a few LuCI pages that work well, except that I can't figure out how
to define the
init scripts that should be restarted when "save & apply" is selected.

I do remember looking at a file that defined the actions (intscripts) that
where required to make the changes effective, as well as any dependencies,
but I can't remember where it is
