Hi,

LuCI is tailored for the underlying UCI configuration system provided by
OpenWrt. The framework itself is usable on uClinux, but the existing
configuration pages would be defunctional unless you port over the
complete OpenWrt userland as well.

In any case you'll face some porting effort and you have to reimplement
the configuration pages, it will not be usable as-is.
