[luci] uhttpd updates?

Hi,

I've added some performance related enhancements to uhttpd, in
particular in-process lua handler plugin, a suitable lua handler, and
added cache headers for static content. But now I'm looking at uhttpd
and see it's moved off from openwrt.org to nbd.name, with a rewrite back
in May.

Is this stable now? Where should I send patches?

How can I keep up-to-date on changes like this?

I saw no discussion of it on either the luci or openwrt lists.
