[luci] i18n language selector

Hi,

is there a possibility to let users select the language of the web
interface, for example using country flags in the top menu?

background: we build a new splash page and the user should be able to
select a language, not depending on the system language.

I tried some luci.i18n-functions like setlanguage, but without success.

Do you have any ideas?
