[luci] Check dependencies of LuCI-CoovaChilli applications

Dear all,

I am using:
 - LuCI: tags/0.11.1
 - OpenWRT Attitude Adjustment 12.09
 - CoovaChilli 1.3.0

I installed LuCI-CoovaChilli applications into LuCI by adding one line into
luci/Makefile as following:

           $(eval $(call application,coovachilli,Captive Portal))

and then I enabled make menuconfig -> LuCI>Application>Luci-Coovachilli

The installation was success but the LuCI-CoovaChilli applications did not
present correct title of text box of check box. In fact, It does not show
any title for checkbox and textbox.

The only error I could found in make V=s ( but I think it is not important
):
Collected errors:
 * satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for
luci-app-coovachilli:
 *      libc *

I wonder if the LuCI-CoovaChilli does require any lib to be installed with?
However, I don't know where to check these the dependencies.
