[luci] Can I apply luci into other uClinux?

Hello,

I am interested in embeded web frameworks.

And I wonder if LuCi is good for general embeded systems.
Features of the target system are
- has only several megabytes of memory (12MB or 16MB)
- arm or mips
- ssh is not ported
- Generally it is uClinux.

Can I apply Luci into these environment?

And if possible, how can I port it? is there any documentation for this?
