[luci] [PATCH] Dynamic VLAN Support / Wifi

Hello.

Just wondered if I needed to do anything more to get this submitted into 
the LuCI code?

Is there something wrong with my patches?  (My corresponding OpenWRT 
patch seems to be in a similar state - 
https://lists.openwrt.org/pipermail/openwrt-devel/2014-September/028247.html)

Any feedback appreciated
