[luci] application/luci-olsr: 6and4 mode is now deprecated

See attached patch.

OLSRD now uses two separate instances for OLSR v4 and OLSR v6. Using 
6and4 mode is deprecated, and some plugins will behave incorrectly.
E.g. jsoninfo will throw errors if a v6-address is used for "option accept".

This patch adds a "(deprecated)" to the translation of 6and4 mode.
It will give users time to adapt their configurations until 6and4 is 
completely removed.
