[luci] luci.subsignal.org down - 502 Bad Gateway

     how to run "make runhttpd" for test LUCI master branch from openwrt git? it seems big changed happened from v0.11.  how can I do to test a new theme design? I must compile whole openwrt firmware ? may I get some help  ?thanks.
