[luci] luci-lib-nixio has no more tls provider in chaos-calmer

Hi

I have a lua app which uses nixio tls.
It works fine in barrier breaker, but no more in chaos calmer.

We can't choose nixio tls provider anymore in chaos calmer menuconfig.
I tried to copy a few lines from the old makefile.
I now have the tls provider menu (from which I choose cyassl)
But it doesn't seem to work.
Still don't have nixio.tls

It seems that nixio tls is still in the sources, but no more in makefiles.

Any idea on how to restore it?
