[luci] Configuration network at loading OpenWrt with LuCI

Hi!

by default, network config exist
at /packages/base-files/etc/config/network
without addons LuCI at firmware after compile & flash firmware at first
time startup all predifined settings work fine!

But when i add LuCI, at first startup it settings replaced with dhcp or
if look `ps w` at reloading from interface!!!
