Can you attach the configuration file? (Don't forget to strip username

Unfortunately the ddns scripts are not very verbose, you would have to
look at the shellscripts in /usr/lib/ddns/ .

This can be usually fixed with a reboot or by doing:

rm -rf /var/luci-*
