[luci] Important Luci Mirrors offline

Looks like some mirror required to compile LuCI went offline in the
past 12 hours ! I was getting crazy because of this because the error
is not handled... look here:

404 error

so you launch "make runhttpd" ... and it gives no error but then  the
http://127.0.0.1:8080 gives you 500 internal server error ! :)
