[luci] How to update LuCI trunk version

The command "./scripts/feeds update luci" will do the trick. It'll
update the OpenWrt package Makefile which detects the update and pulls a
newer version from SVN.

Rebuilding just LuCI can be done with:
make package/feeds/luci/luci/{clean,compile} V=99
