[luci] luci modules not loading correctly

Hi.

Please give the 0.9 branch a try, we made a lot of changes there that
should simplify porting.

The "ttpd" server and the "luci.fs" classes are obsoleted by "lucid" and
"nixio.fs" in newer versions and we shifted our development focus on
that componenents.
