[luci] How to build luci-app-xxx package

Hello,

Today, after running
./scripts/feeds update -a
I cannot enter the submenu LuCI/3rd Party anymore (the "3rd Party" entry
still show, but cannot enter it).

Please tell me how to fix this.

(I updated the OpenWrt source tree to the latest revision, but no effect).
