[luci] Starting LuCI

I read from the internet that for the LuCI webpage,

“Save” pushes the change to /etc/config/

When “Save & Apply” is clicked, LuCI will save the settings and then call a
script “luci-reload”.
“luci-reload” will restart the corresponding service according to the
config file
/etc/config/ucitrack

I hope to understand the above more in detail. I can’t seem to figure out
from reading the source codes.

Is there a way I can read about the function call diagrams of LuCI?
