[luci] Patch: include both directions in connection tracking packet/bytes counts

Hi

trac seems to have eaten the ticket I tried to raise for this, so posting
this here instead..

The current "realtime connections" page (that scrapes info from
nf_conntrack / ip_conntrack) only counts one direction of each connection
when providing traffic counters.

The attached patch fixes this so that both directions are counted.
I rarely write lua, so this may need some cleanup!
