[luci] applications/luci-olsr: fix to use the correct config file for olsrd6 plugins

Hello!

See attachment for a one char patch.
OLSR 6and4 mode is deprecated.
Using separate config files for olsrdv4 and olsrdv6 where introduced 
recently.
Configuring olsrd6 through luci resulted in changes for the plugin to be 
written to the olsrdv4 config file.
This patch will fix this behaviour.
