[luci] where does luci-i18n project located and any information about freifunk GSoC 2015 (in which there're some luci ideas)

Dear all,

Well, I found that https://luci.subsignal.org/pootle/ is down. ( 502 Bad
Gateway ) So is luci going to move i18n project to GitHub thus it's
currently unavailable now? I just want to complete some translation for my
native language.

Another thing. I'm just wondering if there would be any information about
GSoC 2015 this year? The freifunk has many ideas which including LuCI and
OpenWrt this year, and I want to participate in the idea, LuCI Bootstrap 3
theme (http://wiki.freifunk.net/Ideas#LuCI_Bootstrap3_Theme). I have also
pushed some commits and created some pull request to GitHub:OpenWrt/luci. I
just want to know some details about and contact to those mentors
responsible for those LuCI ideas before the formal application. Am I asking
at the wrong place? At least the freifunk official mailing list doesn't
make response to me, which seems to be less active.
