[luci] where does luci-i18n project located and any information about freifunk GSoC 2015 (in which there're some luci ideas)

Since restructuring LuCI's directories on github there is a "po" directory inside every applications directory. 
In there should be a templates directory with the corresponding ".pot" 
and directories for every language with the final ".po" which is compiled during build.
Correcting/building the .po from the existing .pot, increase the PKG_REVISION inside Makefile and then publish the .po and Makefile via github should work.
I'm using Poedit to edit the .po files. That's the way I understood the new structure.
