[luci] Translation of pt_BR is complete

Hello,

I finished the translation some minutes ago. Now, I'm only fixing some
problems
with old translation and my own typos. At least, we have a 100% language
:-).
I noticed that there is two translate servers. I hope that they will sync.

I just whished I had a usb router in order to install all luci packages and
test the translation in "production".
My 4 MB router does not allow me to play too much.

BTW, is there any way to receive some alert when a new string needs
translation?
